I’m just a woman who got tired of pretending she was okay.
Tired of holding it all in.
Tired of being the strong one.
Tired of craving connection in a world full of surface-level smiles and silent suffering.
I was raised in brokenness, shaped by absence, and carried wounds I didn’t ask for. But even in the ache, I always knew—I was made for more than survival. I was made to transform. To feel it all. To rise anyway. To reach back and make space for other women to rise too.
SistaHood of the Travelin’ Brunch was born from that sacred place. Not just an event, but a calling. A soft landing for the hearts that have been hardened by life. A gathering for the women who are done hiding their hurt, and ready to turn it into healing.
I do this because I believe in what happens when women come together with open hearts and unfiltered stories. I believe in the power of being seen, heard, and held. And I believe that brunch can be more than mimosas—it can be medicine.
This is for every sista who’s ever felt like she had to do it all alone.
You don’t. Not anymore.
With love,

“When women gather with truth on their tongues and softness in their bones, the world shifts. Healing begins. And sisterhood becomes a revolution.”
SistaHood of the Travelin’ Brunch was born from heartbreak, sister wounds, and a deep desire to create the kind of space we all wish existed — one where women could take off the mask, speak their truth, and heal out loud together.
This is more than brunch.
It’s soul care.
It’s sacred sisterhood.
It’s a soft landing for the strong ones.
Each event is intentionally curated to help women reconnect — with themselves, with one another, and with the parts of their stories they’ve been too afraid to speak. Through healing-themed brunches, powerful conversations, affirmations, and storytelling, we hold space for laughter, tears, and transformation.
We don’t gather for the ‘gram — we gather for the growth.
And every woman who sits at our table is reminded:
You are seen. You are worthy. You are not alone.
Whether you come to pour or be poured into, leave your crown at the door — we’ll help you straighten it before you go.
